England Rugby Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

1. England Rugby Gift cards (whether physical or electronic gift cards) (“England Rugby Gift Cards”) can be redeemed in full or part payment for merchandise from the England Rugby Store managed by Fanatics (International) Ltd at Twickenham Stadium  or mail order + 44 (0)333 014 4546.

2. England Rugby Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with this card. No change will be given but any remaining balance on the England Rugby Gift Card may be applied to future purchases from the England Rugby Store. If any item purchased with an England Rugby Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card.

3. The England Rugby Gift Card will expire 24 months after the last use or balance enquiry. Any remaining balance will be deducted.

4. England Rugby Gift Cards remain the property of Rugby Football Union at all times.

5. England Rugby Gift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in the England Rugby Store.

6. Rugby Football Union reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.

7. The re-sale of England Rugby Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.

8. By activating and/or redeeming an England Rugby Gift Card you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

9. The balance of an England Rugby gift card can be checked in the England Rugby Store at any till or via email request to enquires@rfu.com including the 16 digit number.

10. Your use of this website and purchase of an England Rugby Gift Card(s) is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Force Majeure: Rugby Football Union cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.

12. Breach of these conditions will entitle Rugby Football Union to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
