PROUD TO BE THE OFFICIAL AIRLINE PARTNER OF ENGLAND RUGBY

As Official Airline Partner of the men’s England Rugby Union team, women’s Red Roses team and both the men and women’s Sevens teams, British Airways is proud to fly the teams and fans of England Rugby all over the world.

Flying is magic – one of humankind’s greatest achievements. It connects us with the rest of our world, brings loved ones closer together and opens our eyes to new experiences and cultures. But we recognise that flying comes at a cost to the environment and we need to take urgent action to tackle the impact it has on our planet. At British Airways, we’re on a journey to create a better, more sustainable future. We call it BA Better World.

WE MAKE A GREAT TEAM

British Airways is the first ever principal partner of the home of rugby, Twickenham Stadium.
Shopping for the latest rugby merchandise you can visit England Rugby Store and earn Avios for your Executive Club account.
What’s more, our iconic branding is not only visible throughout the stadium but can be seen by British Airways customers from the skies.

TRAVEL TIPS FROM ENGLAND RUGBY PLAYERS

As regular fliers with us, who better to share their personal travel tips than three members of the England Ruby team.

DEALING WITH JET LAG

To stave off jetlag, we’ll often do a spin class together as a team, to “sweat out” the flight and get the heart rate up within the first couple of hours of landing. We try to stay awake as much as possible if there’s a significant time difference, and we’re told never to nap.

PLANNING YOUR TRIP

Before any trip, I’ll definitely try and do as much research as I can beforehand. Make sure you know the places to go, best places to eat, and that you have a rough guide of what you want to do and how you want to do it. Besides that, it always helps to go with someone who knows the area too.

EATING RIGHT

If we’re travelling and want to keep our diets on track, we try to plan as much as possible, but this is usually taken into consideration when we’re away. When I’m on holiday with my family, I try to switch off a bit and give myself a break.
