New Brighton’s New Players
New Brighton FC in Cheshire has enjoyed an influx players since getting involved with England Rugby’s All Schools programme.
From six or seven partly filled age group teams, they now have more than 250 regular players in 12 age groups and credit All Schools for the growth. These players are part of the 18,000 students over the life of All Schools who are now playing at a local club.

It’s great to see the enthusiasm of youngsters new to the game and the England Rugby local development team have been a fantastic help.
“We are keen to see all young people have the chance to play and enjoy rugby and All Schools has made a tremendous difference in getting a wider group involved.”
