Holly Aitchison
It was logical for Holly to take up rugby as her father Ian is a former England U20 and Saxons player and Waterloo’s director of rugby.Aitchison has represented England at both age grade level as well as on the HSBC World Sevens Series and at the Olympic Games for Team GB. In 2020 Holly joined Saracens, and then scored a try on her England 15s debut in 2021. She was named in the starting lineup for the 2021 Rugby World Cup final and earned a call-up to Simon Middleton's Six Nations squad in 2023. Later that year, Holly featured in the Red Roses title-winning campaign at the inaugural WXV1 tournament in New Zealand and was recently name din John Mitchell's squad for the 2024 Guinness Women's Six Nations.

The fly half, or 10, is tactically aware, confident under pressure and vocal. The first receiver of the ball from the scrum half, they are often the key figure in organising a team’s attack and defence - quick decision making and outstanding handling and kicking skills are essential.
