Maisy Allen
Maisy Allen joined the Exeter Chiefs setup having joined from Gloucester-Hartpury in 2021. She made her Allianz Premier 15s debut against Harlequins.She was called up to the England Women's U20 squad in 2023 having featured previously in the 2021/22 season, before earning a call up to the England Senior Women's squad later in the year. Maisy made her senior debut from the bench against Canada at Sandy Park in September 2023, scoring a try in the 50-24 victory. Maisy was included in Louis Deacon's squad for the inaugural WXV tournament in New Zealand.

What is a Back Row?
The back row consists of two flankers and the No 8. The blind-side flanker wears six and the open-side flanker seven, both specialising in big tackles and winning possession through turnovers. They are fearless, strong and fast to the breakdown. The No 8 secures the ball at the base of the scrum, is an attacking link between forwards and backs and a real force when defending.
