Sophie Bridger
Sophie Bridger joined Saracens ahead of the 2023 season. The powerful centre captained Hartpury University to BUCS Gold in 2022.Sophie was called up to the England Senior Women's squad by Louis Deacon and made her international debut in the Red Roses' 29-12 win against Canada at the StoneX Stadium in 2023. She was then included in the England squad for their title-winning campaign at the inaugural WXV tournament in New Zealand. Sophie was recently named in John Mitchell's squad for the 2024 Guinness Women's Six Nations.

The fly half, or 10, is tactically aware, confident under pressure and vocal. The first receiver of the ball from the scrum half, they are often the key figure in organising a team’s attack and defence - quick decision making and outstanding handling and kicking skills are essential.
