Francesca has a broad remit with responsibility for finance, technology and people. Additionally, she plays an integral part in developing key revenue growth plans and executing against major transformational projects including Community Game Future, digital transformation, investment in women and girls’ rugby and the stadium masterplan. All of this is in the context of a focus on financial management, revenue growth and cost discipline.

She joined the RFU from SkyShowtime, a streaming service owned by Sky/Comcast and Paramount, where she was Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to that she was Chief Financial Officer and held diverse leadership roles spanning finance, operations and growth during her 15-year career at Sky.
