Eat like a pro: Protein balls
Elevate your snack game like an England Rugby player with chef's coconut coated protein balls.
What you will need (makes 12)
- 100g oats
- 50g whey chocolate protein powder
- 60g Greek yoghurt
- 60g peanut butter
- 5g golden syrup
- 50g milk
- 20g dried cranberries
- 20g chopped dried apricots
- 40g desiccated coconut (half for dusting)
Method
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients (except for half of the coconut - set that aside for later) and combine thoroughly.
- Leave the mix in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
- Once the mixture has cooled enough, roll into 12 equal balls
- Add the other half of the coconut to a bowl and with your hands roll each ball in the coconut to coat the outside.
- These will last for three days in the fridge.
