How to make Joe Marler's chorizo omelette wrap
Start your day like England Rugby prop Joe Marler, with this chorizo omelette wrap for breakfast.
What you’ll need:
- Chorizo
- Feta
- Spring onions
- Red chilli
- Spinach
- Eggs
- Wrap
Recipe:
- Crack the eggs into a jug and whisk together.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chorizo, spring onions, spinach, red chilli and feta. Stir the ingredients as they cook.
- Add the eggs to the pan and spread the mixture, ensuring it reaches the edges of the pan.
- Leave the eggs to cook for a couple of minutes before turning off the heat and allowing to cook for another minute.
- Roll the omelette up and roll into a wrap like a burrito. Seal the wrap by frying it in a pan before serving.
