How to make Joe Marler's chorizo omelette wrap

Start your day like England Rugby prop Joe Marler, with this chorizo omelette wrap for breakfast.

What you’ll need:

  • Chorizo
  • Feta
  • Spring onions
  • Red chilli
  • Spinach 
  • Eggs 
  • Wrap 

Recipe: 

  1. Crack the eggs into a jug and whisk together.
  2. Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chorizo, spring onions, spinach, red chilli and feta. Stir the ingredients as they cook. 
  3. Add the eggs to the pan and spread the mixture, ensuring it reaches the edges of the pan. 
  4. Leave the eggs to cook for a couple of minutes before turning off the heat and allowing to cook for another minute. 
  5. Roll the omelette up and roll into a wrap like a burrito. Seal the wrap by frying it in a pan before serving.
