If a player enters a new contract or if any of the information originally supplied to the RFU changes, this information must be resubmitted to the RFU on the Multiple Player Contract Information Form within 14 days of the club becoming aware of the changes, as set out in RFU Regulation 14.
Registered Player Agents
Clubs or players wishing to engage in agent activity, including any approach, negotiation, arrangement or execution of a transfer or registration, must appoint an RFU Registered Agent.
If an agent has been engaged in the acquisition of a player, Club Registrars must complete the Player Contract & Agent Declaration section when submitting an RFU Registration.
Men’s Premiership clubs
Any players registering with a Men’s Premiership club must also complete the RFU Agent Declaration Form. The club must submit this to Premiership Rugby.
