Updates
- Following a review of our Platform for Rugby user group structure and terminology, we are now recruiting for volunteers for 2025 – express your interest here!
What are the Community Rugby Digital user groups?
- An opportunity for volunteers to have their say in how the RFU manages digital platforms and the Game Management System (GMS).
How do Community Rugby Digital user groups work?
- Meetings are held virtually and are scheduled flexibly depending on the need. For instance, it may be that two meetings are required in a particular month, or it could be that only one is needed across two months.
- Outside of the meetings, some collaboration may be required. For example, feedback on a particular item or task.
- There are four user groups, which are organised based on the role you hold within the game:
- Club Management
- Team & Match Management
- Coaches & Match Officials
- CB & Council Members
What will the Community Rugby Digital user groups be focusing on?
The RFU is seeking feedback and input on the following areas:
- Player and volunteer experience on EnglandRugby.com, including the upcoming new ‘The Clubhouse’ changes
- Player registration
- Community digital match day experience
- Club data & reporting
- Learning & development
