- Our user group structure will be reviewed in October and November 2024, we will be refreshing the user groups in January 2025.
What are Platform For Rugby User Groups?
- A way for volunteer users to engage with the Rugby Football Union and to work collaboratively to input into the Game Management System and other digital platforms.
- Allows volunteers to have a direct impact on the future direction of our Rugby Administration system.
How do Platform For Rugby User Groups work?
- Agile meetings hosted on Microsoft Teams with interaction as and when required between meetings. For example, feedback on a particular item or task.
- User groups are split based on the role you have within Rugby Union.
Why do we have Platform For Rugby User Groups?
- Have a direct impact on the future state of our digital rugby administration system.
- Provide valuable user feedback and some testing opportunities on a variety of topics relating to Platform for Rugby and the Game Management System.

Coaches and Match Officials Key focus around coaches and match officials.

Team & Match Management A role linked to on field activity such as Team Manager, Fixture Secretary, Registrar, Electronic Match Card Admin, League Secretary.

Club Management An administrative role within the club that involves off field activities such as– Safeguarding, Data Officer, Hon Secretary, Treasurer, President, Chair, International Ticket Secretary, Membership Secretary, Communications Lead, Club Website Lead.
