Aimed at U7-U13 boys and girls, Kids First upskills coaches and creates a great rugby environment, so that everyone stays in the game for longer.
To support you we’ve created a series of resources to help, from coaching ideas through the Kids First Skills Series, Curry Nights, social media resources and other useful resources such as our competition guide to help organise events in-line with the Kids First philosophy.
