Constituent Body (CB) Disciplinary Panels hear all discipline cases relating to the Community Game (Regional 1 and below, formerly known as Level 5 and below).

Cases which involve disrespect, verbal or physical abuse of a Match Official will continue to be heard by the appropriate CB Panel but the outcome of these cases will be reported to the RFU and published on this site for the 2024-25 season.

Cases involving Match Official Abuse (to include disrespect, verbal abuse, physical contact, threatening words or actions and physical abuse) from 1 Janaury 2024, will be subject to the Notice of Aggravation issued by the RFU Head of Judiciary, Richard Whittam KC.
