Anu Mohindru KC

Anu Mohindru KC is a barrister a practising in Crime and Regulatory.  He has experience  of representing Sportsmen and Women  including within disciplinary proceedings. He is ranked within the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners as a leader in his field. He played schools and youth representative rugby in South Wales and played at University. He now coaches at school level. 

Christian Scotland-Williamson

Christian is a Loughborough University Alumnus. At the beginning of his third year of study, Christian was signed to his first professional contract and began his professional journey while completing his degree.

Christian is a former two-sport professional athlete playing both Premiership Rugby and for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the National Football League.

During his career, Christian was able to complete Master’s Degrees in International Business and in Law. Channelling his competitive spirit and elite drive to his pursuits off of the field, Christian will be called to the Bar of England and Wales in the summer of 2023. A Broadcaster for talkSPORT, Ambassador for the NFL and a future Barrister. Christian has a deep commitment to social mobility through the combination of sport and education.

Dr Emily Ryall

Dr Emily Ryall is an academic and research lead at the University of Gloucestershire with a particular interest in sports ethics and governance. She recently led a European funded project working with the world-leading dispute resolution service Sport Resolutions to develop educational resources on good sports governance and has worked with UK Athletics, the British Association for Sport and Exercise Science, and NATO. She currently sits on the Gloucestershire RFU executive committee and is on the Gloucestershire RFU disciplinary panel. She previously played rugby for Bristol and London Saracens and has coached at various levels of the game.

Jeremy Ford

Jeremy is a Solicitor-Advocate and partner at Cambridge Family Law Practice LLP.  He also sits as an Arbitrator.  He has played rugby since the age of 8 and occasionally turns out for the Stamford Vets Team though his primary focus is coaching the newly formed Women’s team at Stamford Rugby Club.

Judith Duffin

Judith is a practising solicitor-advocate specialising in regulatory and disciplinary law. She recently obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Law from De Montford University and was previously an active amateur sportswomen including playing hockey at National League level. Judith also sits as a member of British Canoeing’s Disciplinary and Appeals case panel.

Leila Taleb

Leila is a barrister practising in criminal, employment and professional disciplinary/regulatory law on the North Eastern Circuit. She started to play touch rugby when she lived in the Kurdish Region of Iraq (KRI) whilst working for the United Nations. She facilitated the set-up and became part of the first women’s touch rugby team in Kurdistan. She continues to play touch rugby locally in Leeds with an LGBTI-friendly club.

Lisa Carter

Lisa is currently employed as The Head of Safeguarding at Wolves Football Club. Lisa is a qualified Youth and Community Worker with a Masters in Safeguarding and has nearly 30 years’ experience working with children and young people. Lisa is enjoys playing Rollerderby and currently also plays for Wolverhampton Rugby Club.

Dr Mike Morton

Mike is a practising doctor who currently works as both a general practitioner and also at the General Medical Council as a decision maker within fitness to practice.  He has previously played rugby for many years at amateur and university level and maintains a keen interest in the game.

Tim Naylor

Tim is a barrister and Director of Integrity and Regulation at the British Horseracing Authority. He played 1XV schools rugby in Wales and at University and senior level in the USA. He represented American Universities in New Zealand and against Canada U21 before returning and playing senior rugby in London and Wales. He has sat on Middlesex RFU Disciplinary Panels since 2012 and became a RFU panel member in 2018. Tim is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at the Football Association of Wales and is the Board lead for diversity and inclusion.

Vicky Irwin

Vicky plays in the Allianz Premier 15s for Sale Sharks. Her playing career started at Liverpool Hope University where she gained an undergraduate degree in Sport and Childhood Studies.  She embarked on her coaching and refereeing qualifications as she took employment with Sharks Community Trust coaching across the North West.
