The RFU’s 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 18:00 on Friday 16 June 2023 in Cowdray Hall, The Royal College of Nursing.
For the two years during the COVID pandemic, the RFU’s AGM was conducted virtually, with the 2022 AGM being the first Hybrid meeting to allow flexibility for members to either join remotely or in person.
Following Council’s decision at their February 2023 meeting, it was decided to host a hybrid AGM again and using the same electronic voting process as last year.
Member Clubs, Referee Societies, Constituent Bodies and National Representative Bodies are able to send a delegate (such as an official of the club) to attend and vote, or they can appoint someone else (such as the Chair of the meeting) and vote on their behalf.
