Claudio Borges, Executive Director of Engagement & Business Growth
Claudio Borges joined the RFU in June 2022 and is responsible for marketing, digital, broadcasting, retail and commercial partnerships.
His remit includes building new levels of brand & digital engagement with fans, players and volunteers while driving further business growth.
Prior to joining the RFU, Claudio was Global Director of Digital Planning for adidas, driving digital transformation and activating the brand’s global campaigns and sports partnerships.
From 2009 to 2017 he had a solid career at City Football Group, first shaping the commercial strategy for Manchester City FC before building the Fan Relationship team to drive data & analytics, campaigns, and loyalty across City Football Group clubs.
