Having a high-performance culture means making sure every colleague has access to what they need to become the best they can be in their roles. Here at the RFU, we want to ensure you receive the support you need to achieve your potential.  You’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn every day, with support, coaching and mentoring from those around you. But we also run a whole range of bespoke learning and development programmes for individuals and specific teams. You’ll also have access to a fantastic virtual coaching platform called MyThrive – in a nutshell, you’re gaining access to a network of independent expert coaches, mentors, trainers, and consultants, to support with a specific development need you are considering at present or in the near future.

You’ll be able to take control of your own professional development and by adopting the 70% 20% 10% learning philosophy, we believe that the majority of your experiences and learning will be through the work you undertake and the people you meet. We know that formal learning can also be important to set you on the right track and equip you with the tools and resources you need to progress. Our dedicated L&D team offer resources and guidance to help you continue to develop during your career here.
