We have created the Club Health Check tool to help clubs gain a better understanding of their relative strengths and development areas across two key areas: club management (governance) and club business operations.
Once a club has completed the tool, a bespoke action plan is created directing them to numerous support resources - ranging from business planning to the use of digital marketing to how to use space to generate more income, or measures to put in place good club governance standards. Each action plan will contain relevant links to guides and templates.
Accessing the Health Check tool is easy. In 2023 all voting club Chairs, Honorary Secretaries and Treasurers were sent a registration link to the email address on the GMS. If you have not yet set up your account and hold one of these roles, you can set a new password by navigating to club health check log in page and choose 'forgot password'. The Health Check will send a link to set a password. If you do not receive the email, it may be because the account was set up using a different name and email address. If this is the case, just email us at clubhealthcheck@rfu.com and we'll create a new account for you.
This video demonstrates how to use the system.
